Which Notion and Canva plans do I need?

The free plans of both. Every Notion template works on Notion's free plan, and every Canva design uses free elements only.

I'm not techy. Can I really set this up?

Yes. Every template comes with a 10-minute setup checklist and step-by-step guides. If you'd rather not do it alone, All-Access + Setup includes a 60-minute call where we set it up with you, and Done-for-You Setup has us build the whole system for you.

How does Done‑for‑You Setup work?

Right after checkout you get a short questionnaire and the steps to book your 60-minute kickoff call. We build your system in your brand over about two weeks, then walk you through it on a recorded 30-minute handover. We take 4 Done-for-You clients a month.

Does it book sessions or take payments?

No. Keep your booking and payment tools. Tendhouse organizes everything around them, for a one-time price.

How do I get my templates?

Right after checkout you get your links to duplicate each Notion template and open each Canva template. The same links arrive by email.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Everything you buy counts toward All-Access for 12 months, so you only pay the difference.

What if it isn't right for me?

Ask within 30 days for a refund, or swap it for another template.

Can I keep client health records in it?

No. The templates are for business admin and marketing. Keep clinical notes in a system built for health records.
